C4-xBxA3-S mineral with excellent gelling property can be prepared by replacing the Ca2+in C4 A3-S mineral with Ba2+.Raw materials with 19 different barium mixing amounts are sintered in condition of 1400°C for 3 h to get different C4-x BxA3-S minerals and the effect of barium mixing amounts on hydration performances of C4-x BxA3-S minerals is investigated.Quantitative calculation of mineral species and content of clinkers and C4-x BxA3-S minerals crystal structure refinement are performed by XRD Rietveld whole pattern fitting.Actual barium amounts in C4-xBxA3-S minerals and Ba2+ utilization percentage are analyzed.Experimental results show that C4-x BxA3-S content firstly increases and then decreases with increasing barium mixing amount,and when barium mixing amount is 0.6 mol,C4-xBxA3-S mineral content arrives maximum (93.2%).Actual barium amount and Ba2+utilization percentage firstly increase and then decrease with increasing barium mixing amount,and when barium mixing amount is 0.4 mol,C3.61 B0.39 A3-S is prepared and the Ba2+ utilization percentage is 97.5%. With the increasing of barium mixing amount, the interplanar crystal spacing of C4-xBxA3-S minerals increases gradually.The compressive strength of C4-x BxA3-S after hydration increases with increasing barium mixing amounts,however,it decreases when barium mixing amount is more than 1 .4 mol due to the expansion,and finally cracks are observed.%通过Ba2+取代硫铝酸钙(C4 A3-S)矿物中的Ca2+制备出胶凝性能优良的硫铝酸钡钙(C4-xBxA3-S)矿物.选取了19个不同钡掺量的生料,在1400℃条件下保温3 h烧成不同的C4-x Bx A3-S矿物,并分析了钡掺量对C4-x Bx A3-S水化性能的影响.通过XRD Rietveld全谱拟合方法对熟料中的矿物种类和含量进行定量计算,并对C4-x Bx A3-S的晶体结构进行精修,分析了C4-x Bx A3-S中的实际钡含量和Ba2+利用率.结果表明,随着钡掺量的增加,C4-xBxA3-S的含量先增加后减少,在钡掺量为0.6 mol时达到最大,C4-x BxA3-S的含量为93.2%.C4-x Bx A3-S矿物中的实际钡含量和Ba2+利用率均随钡掺量的增加呈现出先增加后减少的趋势,钡掺量在0.4 mol时合成了C3.61 B0.39 A3-S,Ba2+利用率达到97.5%.并且随着钡掺量的增加C4-x Bx A3-S的晶面间距逐渐增大.C4-x Bx A3-S水化后的抗压强度随着钡掺量的增加逐渐增大,但当钡掺量超过1.4 mol时,由于膨胀导致强度下降,最终试块胀裂.
