面向研发合同的创新合作伙伴选择策略研究

摘要

R&D contracts based on projects are an important paradigm of technology cooperation innovation .In this article ,a new simulation model based on agents is proposed .This study includes the strategy of the selec‐tion ,the model of cooperation and the assessment of the innovations .T hrough the experiments data ,methods of weighting ,max‐min and distance are compared .It has been found that the min‐max is better when search cost is high and time limit for a project is short .Otherwise ,the method of distance is a better way .%研发合同是当前技术合作创新的重要形式，选择合作伙伴是其中的一个重要问题。文章提出通过构建基于Agent的仿真模型来研究合作伙伴选择策略、仿真系统的构建、创新成果的评估，最后通过计算实验进行仿真，对权重法、最小最大法和最短距离法在不同的条件下进行了比较。研究发现如果搜索成本较高、项目周期短时，最小最大法较好；反之，最短距离法较好。
