HMPEG相变大单体的制备与性能

         

摘要

Single-capped and double-capped phase change macromonomers were synthesized with PEG , 4 ,4′-diphenyl methane diisocyanate (MDI) ,hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) ,respectively.The structure and performance of the macromonomers were studied by means of FT-IR ,DSC ,XRD , POM.The macromonomers were used to prepare copolymers with acrylonitrile and methyl methacrylate through a method of water precipitation polymerization.The reactive ability of the macromonomers was examined by the properties of the copolymer.FT-IR spectra showed that ester carbonyl and carbon-carbon double bond were appeared in the macromonomer ;DSC curves showed that the macromonomer had good phase change enthalpy ;XRD pattern showed that they had good crystallinity ;POM images showed that they had significant cross extinction.The copolymers had good thermal stability.%以聚乙二醇(PEG)、4,4′-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)为原料,合成了单、双封端的相变大分子单体.利用FT-IR、DSC、XRD、POM研究相变大分子单体的结构与性能,采用水相沉淀聚合法将相变大分子单体与丙烯腈和甲基丙烯酸甲酯制备成共聚物,通过共聚物的性能来表征大分子单体的反应能力.FT-IR显示两种相变大分子单体均出现酯羰基和碳碳双键,DSC显示相变大分子单体具有较好的相变焓,XRD显示相变大分子单体均有良好的结晶性,POM显示相变大分子单体有明显的十字消光.得到的共聚物具有良好的热稳定性.
