Sb2O3对Cr、Mn离子在Na2O-CaO-SiO2r系统玻璃的着色及性能影响

         

摘要

用传统熔融冷却法制备Cr离子和Mn离子着色的Na2O-CaO-SiO2系统玻璃.利用分光光度计分析不同含量的Sb2O3对Na2O-CaO-SiO2系统玻璃中Cr离子和Mn离子的着色影响,并利用热膨胀仪等测试分析了不同含量的Sb2O3对Na2O-CaO-SiO2系统玻璃的性能影响.结果表明,随着Sb2O3含量的增加,添加Cr离子的Na2O-CaO-SiO2系统玻璃由黄绿色转变为绿色,添加Mn离子的玻璃由紫色转变为无色.在Na2O-CaO-SiO2系统中,热膨胀系数及密度随着Sb2O3含量的增加而增大,但耐酸性逐渐降低.%Na2 O-CaO-SiO2 system glass was prepared using chromium and manganese as colorant by melt-quenching method.The effect of Sb2 O3 content on the painted capacity of Na2 O-CaO-SiO2 system glasses was investigated by spectrophotometer and thermal expansion analyzer.The results showed that the color of the glass turned from yellowish-green to green doped with chromium ,w hile the color of the glass turned from purple to colorless doped with manganese when the Sb2O3 content increased.The expansion coefficient of the glasses increased with the increase of Sb2 O3 content ,but the acid resistance decreased with the Sb2 O3 content increasing in Na2 O-CaO-SiO2 system glass.
