After being stimulated by different environmental factors,macrophages can be polarized into M1 and M2 phenotypes with distinct functions.The mechanisms are speculated that stimulation signals initiate intracellular signal transduction pathway through macrophage membrane receptors,then activates the transcription factors to promote expressions of specific genes and obtain different phenotypic characteristics of macrophages.Macrophage polarization plays an important role in the development and prognosis of inflammation-immune related diseases.Studies on further insight into the transcription factors associated with macrophage polarization and design of corresponding intervention strategies targeting the transcription factors may be a potentially effective way to control inflammation-immune related diseases.%巨噬细胞在不同环境因素刺激下可极化为M1和M2两种功能截然不同的表型,其机制是刺激信号通过膜受体启动胞内信号转导通路,通过激活转录因子启动不同基因表达以实现表型特征.巨噬细胞极化类型在炎症和免疫相关疾病的发展与转归方面具有重要作用.深入了解与巨噬细胞极化相关的转录因子,以针对转录因子设计相应的干预策略,是控制炎症和免疫相关疾病的可能途径.
