根据我国通用铁路客车车体钢结构的特点,在车体结构有限元建模与分析的过程中,引入结构参数化设计的思想,将参数化设计与有限元分析相结合,实现车体结构参数化调整,自动生成分析模型并进行有限元计算,方便进行多种设计方案的比较.利用有限元分析软件ANSYS提供的APDL参数化设计语言具体实施,给出了对车体结构进行高效设计的一种切实可行的方法,不仅提高了设计分析的效率而且极大地减轻了有限元分析的工作量.%According to car body steel structure of railway passenger cars, parametric design is introduced in the process of finite element modeling, and the body structure is analyzed combining with finite element analysis method to realize parametric adjustment for the car body structure. The analysis model and finite element calculation can be automatically generated, which can make a comparison among different design expediently.Using APDL parametric design language provided by the finite element analysis software ANSYS ,gives a feasible method for the high efficiency design of the car body structure to improve design analysis efficiency and reduce FEA work.
