An improvement is disclosed for double-deck railway wagons VIII, with typical lowered decks, optionally lowered double-decks, with a reinforced structure and a floor for transporting different loads and containers, and bilevel railway wagons optionally combined with optionally lowered bogies, utilising the optionally lowered bogies of a wagon to transport greater weights and/or volumes in the same railway wagon, and also utilising the roof of the wagon to transport products and/or materials, reducing the cost of this transportation means. The sides and front are protected by blinds and/or canvas, and/or the double-deck/bilevel wagons are closed by a flat carbon steel or light alloy panel, increasing safety for all transported loads, opening the door for future investments and development of the freight transportation system by rail, including the manufacture, assembly and installation of model railways and trains with double-deck railway wagons VII. Since the typical decks are lowered and the double decks are optionally lowered with a structural reinforcement and a floor for transporting different loads, the containers and bilevel railway wagons represent a great advancement for the system, with lower freight costs for railway transport, and will attract more investments into railways, slowing down the construction of new roads, to the benefit of the environment, which is a major concern today, and saving enormous amounts of fuel.
