高速动车组新型高压信号采集装置的开发

         

摘要

对西门子、阿尔斯通、庞巴迪、日立公司在高速电动车组上应用的高压信号采集方式进行了介绍,通过对比,研究了高压信号采集与列车网络装置的通用接口匹配方法.根据各类型动车组网络采集模拟量接口的现状,提出以新型电子控制单元实现高压信号采集,并与网络系统进行接口,形成高压信号采集与列车网络装置的通用接口的方法.通过在新一代高速动车组CRH380CL上的长期应用,此新型高压信号采集装置产品的应用性和可靠性得到了验证,同时提出的通用接口匹配方法也得到了验证.实践证明,技术创新在动车组上的应用是可行的,新技术的应用也产生了显著的经济效益.%The methods of high-voltage signal collection applied to EMUs manufactured by Siemens, Alstom, Bombardier and Hitachi are presented, and an universal matching interface between high-voltage signal collec-tion and train network devices is researched. According to actual applications of analog signal interfaces of train network used on different EMUs,a new electronic controller device is proposed to collect high voltage signals and interfaced with train network,and an universal matching interface between high voltage signals and differ-ent type train networks is realized. According to the long - term application to a new generation high speed EMU named CRH380CL,the feasibility and reliability of the new electronic controller and the method of uni-versal interface matching are validated, which shows that the application of the technology innovation is feasible with remarkable economic benefits.
