某内燃动力包柴油发电机组双层隔振系统设计及评价分析初探

     

摘要

An internal combustion diesel generator power pack of double-layer vibration isolation system is studied.According to the boundary conditions,the constraints and variables and other factors,the relationship between the stiffness of the double layer vibration isolation system and the three direction stiffness ratio of the i solator is determined and obtained.The vibration intensity and dynamic reaction force of the unit and the frame show that the vibration isolation performance of the system is better,which can meet the engineering require ments.The vibration isolator production process error,on the basis of the original stiffness are analyzed with the error of ± 15%.From the transmission rate curve.More than 41 Hz torque harmonic components is effec tively averted under the working condition of stiffness scheme.The diesel engine rated speed frequency excitation component is avoided without system resonance.%对某内燃动力包柴油发电机组双层隔振系统进行了研究分析.根据边界条件、约束条件及变量等因素,确定了双层隔振系统隔振器的刚度分组及隔振器的三向刚度比例关系,得到了双层隔振系统隔振器的刚度结果.根据此刚度计算出了机组及框架的振动烈度和动反力,结果表明系统的隔振性能较好,能满足工程要求.由于隔振器生产工艺误差,在原始刚度基础上进行了±15%的误差分析.从传递率曲线上可知,系统在各刚度方案工况下有效避开了41 Hz以上的倾倒力矩简谐成分,同时也避开了柴油机额定转速频率激励成分,系统不发生共振,此刚度设计合理.
