中药内服外用治疗直肠脱垂50例分析

Objective: To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of internal and external treatment of Chinese herbal medicine on anal prolapse. Methods: 80 cases with anal prolapse were randomly divided into the test group and the control group. The test group was internally and externally administered the Chinese herbal medicine at the same time while the control group only externally given the Chinese herbal medicine. Results: The effective rate of the treatment in the test group reaches 90%, but the effective rate in the control group is only 66.67%. The difference between the test group and the control group is significant (P < 0.01). Conclusion. The curative effect of internal and external treatment of Chinese herbal medicine on anal prolase is reliable and safe, and it is easy to be spread.%目的：探讨中药治疗直肠脱垂疗效。方法：80例直肠脱垂患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，进行疗效观察及统计处理。结果：治疗组(内服外用法)有效率为90％；对照组(内服法)有效率为66.67％；两组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论：中药内服外用治疗直肠脱垂疗效确实、使用安全、便于推广。
