柯萨奇 B组病毒感染与妇女自然流产的关系探讨

摘要

Objective： To study coxsackievirus B as a cause of miscarriage.Methods： Using specific primers to amplify CVB－ RNA in placental tissues,and then the virus was isolated from the tissues the CVB－ RNA were positive.Results： CVB－ RNA was detected from placental tissues in 16 of the 40(40％ )women with miscarriage,and 7 of the 40(17.5％ )women with induced abortion.There was a statistically difference.CVB was isolated from the placental tissues of women with miscarriage(5 of 16,31％ ),but 2 of 7 in the control group(29％ ),however,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions： The results demonstrated the CVB may play a role in women with miscarriage.Furthermore,we have to do more researches.%目的：探讨柯萨奇 B组病毒与妇女妊娠早期自然流产的关系。方法：本文采用 RT－ PCR检测 40例人工流产和 40例自然流产妇女胎盘绒毛组织中特异的 CVB－ RNA，采用细胞培养的方法该两组妇女中 CVB－ RNA阳性者进行培养。结果：自然流产组妇女胎盘绒毛组织 CVB RNA检出率为 40％ (16／ 40)，人工流产组检出率为 17.5％ (7／ 40)(P<0.05)，经组织培养，自然流产组妇女胎盘绒毛组织 CVB培养阳性率为 30.9％ (5／ 16)，人工流产组培养阳性率为 28.7％ (2／ 7)，两者无显著性差异 (P>0.05)。结论： CVB感染在妇女自然流产中的作用尚待进一步研究。
