新疆建设兵团团场职工的闲暇教育模式构建--以职业教育为视角

摘要

Today ,with the large increase in Labour productivity ,the wide application of agri‐cultural machinery ,coupled with the special climate condition in Xinjiang ,the workers more and more leisure time .So ,how to provide the leisure education to the worker arose .In order to shape the leisure education concept ,cultivate the workers by the leisure education and maintain the psy‐chological health ,the corps set up its curriculum ,program and teaching model so as to fully utilize the leisure education to the end of improving the worker's cultural and working competence .%随着劳动生产率的提高，农业机械的广泛应用，兵团团场职工闲暇时间越来越多，其闲暇教育的需求也越来越大。对此，基于职业教育准确定位职业院校教育与新疆兵团职工闲暇教育的结合点，从闲暇观念的塑造、闲暇能力培养以及闲暇心理维护等方面全面把握兵团职工闲暇教育内容，并从闲暇教育专业设置、课程设置、学制设置、教学模式设置等方面做好闲暇教育工作，以帮助团场职工充分利用闲暇时间，从而不断提高团场职工的文化素质及生产技能。
