本文从当前国有炼化企业员工培训工作的现状分析入手,分别就基层领导对培训工作的认识、培训方式、培训内容和员工参与培训的积极性等四方面进行了探讨,并提出了相应的优化改革措施和提高员工综合素质的对策,认为培训应采取必修和选修相结合,面授、实践和网络培训相结合的方式进行。%Based on the analysis of the current staff training at the state-owned petrochemical enterprise,this paper makes a study in the four aspects of training viewpoint of basic-level leader-ship,training methods,training content and employees'initiative of participation in training.This paper puts forward the measures of the optimization reform and the solutions to the improvement of the staff's overall quality,and proposes that staff training should be conducted through the combina-tion of compulsory and selective courses and the integration of face-to-face teaching,practice and network training.
