目的 探讨一期手术切除吻合治疗左半结肠癌并急性肠梗阻的外科手术方法.方法 回顾性分析我院自2005年1月至2010年10月共收治左半结肠癌引起的急性肠梗阻患者施行一期切除吻合术36例的临床资料.结果 本组患者无术后吻合口漏、腹腔感染等并发症发生,切口液化感染7例,肺部感染2例,无围手术期死亡.结论 严格掌握手术适应证,重视对结肠癌致急性肠梗阻的认识,正确掌握手术时机,术中有效肠道减压,正确的吻合技术及作好围手术期的处理,一期切除吻合术治疗左半结肠癌并急性肠梗阻是可行的.%Objective To investigate the treatment of left colon resection and anastomosis of acute intestinal obstruction. Methods A retrospective analysis of the data was done in our hospital from January 2005 to October 2010. 36 patients with acute intestinal obstruction caused by left colon cancer were treated by resection and anastomosis. Results The patients had no anastomotic leakage, no abdominal complications such as infection. Incision wound infection and liquefaction occurred in 7 cases and pulmonary infection in 2 cases, and no perioperative deaths was found. Conclusion The resection and anastomosis in treatment of acute intestinal obstruction caused by left colonic carcinoma is feasible when we pay attention to strictly surgical indications, understanding of acute intestinal obstruction caused by colon cancer, the right surgery time, effective intraoperative intestinal decompression, the right technology and make consistent perioperative treatment.
