老年患者肠镜下结直肠息肉高频电切前黏膜下注射甘油果糖的应用效果

摘要

目的 观察甘油果糖注射液用于结直肠息肉切除前黏膜下注射的效果.方法 选择2013年9月至2015年9月上海市静安区市北医院收治的120例行肠镜下高频电切治疗的老年结直肠息肉患者为研究对象,随机分为甘油果糖组和生理盐水组(每组各60例).比较两组操作总时间(麻醉时间)、插镜至回盲部时间、处理息肉时间、液体垫所用液体量及麻醉药物用量.结果 与生理盐水组对比,甘油果糖组显著缩短操作总时间及处理息肉时间、减少液体垫所用液体量及麻醉药物用量,组间差异均具有统计学意义(均P＜ 0.05),两组插镜至回盲部时间差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 行肠镜下结直肠息肉电切治疗前黏膜下注射甘油果糖可缩短内镜操作总时间、减少麻醉药物用量,适宜在老年患者推广应用.%Objective To evaluate the application and advantages for glycerol fructose submocosal injection during resection of colorectal polyps in elder patients.Methods 120 cases of elderly patients with colorectal polyps were treated with endoscopic high-frequency electric resection,and were randomized into glycerol fructose group (60 cases) and saline group (60 cases).All the patients were recruited in Shanghai Shibei Hospital from September 2013 to September 2015.Duration of operating (anesthetic duration) and polyps processing,submucosal injection volume,the dosage of anesthetic drugs between the two groups were documented.Results Compared with physiological saline,the glycerol fructose submucosal injection during intestinal polyps resection can shorten the operating time (anesthetic time),polyps processing time,and reduce submucosal injection volume,the dosage of anesthetic drugs.Conclusions Glycerol fructose is an ideal submucosal injection drug during elderly intestinal polyps resection.
