高校辅导员职业认同感培养的路径选择

         

摘要

近年来,高校辅导员的职业认同感依然有所缺失。其成因既有主体内在因素,也有社会环境等外部因素的影响。培养其职业认同感,不仅要加强体制机制建设,提供外部支持力量,更主要的是发挥其主体意识作用,依靠其自身努力,培养光荣感、效能感、成就感、归属感。%It is still a fact that college advisors lack the sense of professional identity as a result of both internal subjective factors and external factors like social environment. Cultivation of professional i- dentity requires strengthened externally supportive mechanism construction and, more importantly, exertion of subjective consciousness. Advisors must, through their own efforts, achieve correct understanding of their profession, become more qualified, realize their goals and blend in with the team so as to develop their sense of honor, efficacy, achievement and belonging.
