课题组代表制度：研究生导师和辅导员合力育人的桥梁--以南开大学化学学院课题组代表制度为例

摘要

The supervisors and the advisors constitute the major force in postgraduate students'ideo-logical and political education.The College of Chemistry of Nankai University has initiated a new ap-proach for the supervisor and advisor to pool efforts to educate postgraduate students by selecting a student representative for each research team who serves as the liaison between the supervisor and the advisor and the bridge of interaction between classroom teaching and extracurricular activities.Joined efforts have enhanced the effectiveness of postgraduate ideological and political education.%导师和辅导员是研究生思想政治教育工作队伍的主体，南开大学化学学院结合实验学科研究生特点，从课题组中推选出一名学生代表，作为连接导师和辅导员的联络员，搭建起第一、第二课堂合力育人的互动桥梁，开创了导师与辅导员合力育人的新途径，以多方合力的形式提升研究生思想政治教育工作的实效性。
