“以人为本”视域下高校学生公寓管理探微--以上海师范大学为例

摘要

This paper is a case study of student apartment management in Shanghai Normal Universi-ty.It examines student apartment management from the aspects of management team,Party construc-tion among students,security and education platform.The article also offers some new ideas from perspectives of managerial philosophy,safeguard and participation like placing the subordinate student apartment management into an important position, making fragmented management institutionalized,etc.%对以上海师范大学学生公寓的管理为例，从公寓管理队伍、学生党建、安全建设、教育平台等方面阐述学校公寓管理的探索与实践，并从理念、保障、参与度等方面提出现代化高校公寓管理新思路，如从属地位向重要地位转变、碎片化向机制化管理等措施实施。
