美国高校新生教育体系的特色及启示--以美国圣地亚哥州立大学为例

大学第一年，是大学生养成良好的学习与生活习惯、形成正确价值观、世界观与人生观最为关键的一年，美国圣地亚哥州立大学以“阿兹特克”精神为校园文化核心，鼓励学生全面融入校园，推崇人人平等的办学理念，通过长期的摸索与实践，建构起专业化、多样化与可持续化的新生教育体系，对我国高校改进与完善新生教育工作具有重要启示意义。%The first year is the key year for university students to develop good learning and living hab-its and to form correct values and outlooks on the world and on life.San Diego State University puts the spirit of the Aztec at the core of its campus culture and uphold equality for all people,encouraging the students to blend in with the new environment in a comprehensive way.Through long-term ex-ploration and practice,the American university has established a professional,diversified and sustain-able freshmen orientation system,which is very enlightening to Chinese universities.
