Objective To investigate the clinical application of the ultrasound—guided percutaneous tube drainage and alcohol sclero therapy for postoperative pelvic lymphoceles in malignant cancer of gynecology. Methods f itfeen patients with 25 postoperative pelvic lymphoceles in malignant cancer of gyneeology were treated via ultrasound -guided percutaneous tube drainage combined with absolute alcohol sclero therapy. Results In 15 cases, 25 postoperative pelvic lymphoceles were successfully aspiration and cued by the ultrasound-guided absolute alcohol sclera therapy. Fourteen cases were cured ( 93.33%) , 1 case was improved (6.67%). One patient had a local burning pain during lite therapy process but relieve without special treatment, and no other side effects and complications were found among the remaining patients. Conclusion Ultrasound-Guided intervention therapy is a safe, economic, simple, and effective treatment for postoperative pelvic lymphoceles in gynecologic malignancies.%目的 探讨超声介入治疗妇科恶性肿瘤根治术后淋巴囊肿的临床价值.方法 15例盆腔恶性肿瘤患者,根治术后发生25 个盆腔囊肿,对其经腹超声引导下穿刺置管抽液及无水乙醇硬化治疗.结果 15例25个囊腔均成功完成治疗.治愈14 例,好转1 例;治疗时局部烧灼样疼痛1 例,未经特殊处理自行缓解,余无不良反应及并发症发生.结论 超声介入治疗妇科恶性肿瘤术后盆腔淋巴囊肿安全、经济、简便、有效的方法.
