TECHNIQUE FOR RECONSTRUCTIVE SURGERY IN ACUTELY BLEEDING GASTRIC CANCER FOLLOWING GASTRECTOMY ACCORDING TO ROUX WITH FASHIONING INTESTINAL RESERVOIR
The technique for the reconstructive surgery in the acutely bleeding gastric cancer following gastrectomy according to Roux with fashioning intestinal reservoir provides for cutting the jejunal loop. The efferent loop of jejunum is cut distal to Roux enteroanastomosis. The segment of the small intestine 22- in length is tailored distal to Roux enteroanastomosis at the distance of on the vascular mesenteric arcade. This segment is transferred proximally retrocolic. The tailored segment is folded in U-shape as the double loop and sutured along 10- with the linear stapler "Proximate" . The sutured double loop is sutured to the distal end of the efferent loop of jejunum at the distance of 14- distal to esophagojejunoanastomosis along 10- with the linear stapler "Proximate" fashioning the triple loop and the artificial intestinal reservoir (jejunogastroplasty). The continuity of jejunum is restored with the second end-to-end Roux enteroanastomosis.
