早孕期胎儿鼻前皮肤层厚度正常值范围的建立初探

     

摘要

目的:建立早孕期胎儿鼻前皮肤层厚度(PT)的正常值参考范围。方法采集310例孕11~14+6周颈后皮肤厚度(NT)正常的胎儿正中矢状切面三维容积数据,同时对每一个三维容积病例进行PT测量,每个病例测量2次,取平均值作为最终PT值。分析正常胎儿PT值与孕周的相关关系,并建立早孕期胎儿头臀径(CRL)与PT值的直线回归方程。结果310例胎儿中,出生后随访成功295例,10例测量失败,285例测量成功(测量成功率96.6%)。胎儿早孕期PT值随着孕周增加(CRL:45~84 mm)而增加(PT:0.50~1.85 mm)。线性回归方程为:PT(mm)=0.019×CRL-0.03(r=0.864,P<0.01)。结论胎儿PT在早孕期可以清晰显示并测量,且与胎儿CRL呈正相关。%Objective To establish the reference range of normal value of fetal nasal skin thickness(PT) in early pregnancy. Methods The median sagittal 3D volume data of 130 cases at 11~14+6 weeks with the neck skin thickness(NT) of normal fetal were collected,while PT was measured for each volume cases,each case was measured 2 times,and the average value was taken as the final value of PT. The relationship between normal fetal PT value and gestational week was analyzed,and the linear regression equation was established between the diameter of fetal head and hip and PT value in early pregnancy. Results Among the 310 cases,295 cases were followed up after birth,10 cases were failed,285 cases were successfully measured(the successful rate was 96.6%). The value of PT increased with the increase of the gestational week (the first hip diameter:45~84 mm,PT:0.50~1.85 mm). Linear regression equation:PT(mm)=0.019× CRL-0.03(r=0.864,P<0.01). Conclusion Fetal PT can be clearly displayed and measured during early pregnancy,and is positively correlated with the diameter of the head of the fetus.
