Rh血型变异体弱D15型的鉴定

摘要

Objective By studying two patients who displayed different serological phenotypes in Rh variants, the author aimed to give suggestions to safe transfusion for individuals with Rh variants. Methods The Rh(D) negative patients screened by IgM type anti-D antibody were enrolled precedent. The variants were determined by three different sources of IgG type anti-D antibodies. The genetic mutation locus was analyzed by molecular assay. Results The two patients with Rh variants showed different results of serological tests. However, the results of RHD gene mutation analysis demonstrated that both patients were weak D type 15 of Rh blood group. Conclusion The two patients with weak D type 15 of Rh(D) antigen in this study were the most common type in the Han nationality. These findings indicated that Rh(D) variants should be analyzed by molecular assays for the sake of safe transfusion.%目的：分析2例血清学表现不同的RhD抗原变异体基因突变情况，为D抗原突变者的临床安全输血提供依据。方法选取IgM抗-D初筛为阴性的患者，经3种不同来源抗血清鉴定的RhD变异体，采用分子生物学方法分析其基因突变位点。结果2例患者的血清学表现不一致，但是基因突变位点分析结果均显示为弱D15型。结论本文报道的2例RhD抗原变异体均为汉族人群中最常见的弱D15型，提示应对D变异体进行基因突变研究，进而采用安全的输血策略。
