[目的]探讨BillrothⅡ术式对胃十二指肠溃疡并2型糖尿病患者血糖的影响.[方法]对本院行远端胃大部分切除,BillrothⅡ式吻合治疗合并2型糖尿病的胃十二指肠溃疡42例患者的临床资料进行分析.[结果]患者术后血糖与术前相比有显著性差异(P<0.05),糖尿病改善的总有效率为73.8%(31/42);35.7%(15/42)治愈.[结论]对于合并2型糖尿病的胃十二指肠溃疡病人,BillrothⅡ式能有效改善病人的糖代谢,同时也为糖尿病手术治疗提供了可行性依据.%[Objective] To explore the effect of Billroth Ⅱ operation on blood sugar of gastroduodenal ulcer patients with type 2 diabetes. [Methods] The clinical data of 42 gastroduodenal ulcer patients with type 2 diahetes undergoing radical distal gastrectomy and Billroth Ⅱ anastomosis were analyzed. [Results] There was significant difference in blood sugar between before and after operation( P ＜0.05). The total effective rate of the improvement of diabetes mellitus was 73.8％ (31/42) and 35.7％ (15/42), respectively. Fifteen patients were cured. [Conclusion] Billroth Ⅱ operation can improve the glycometabolism of gastroduodenal ulcer patients with type 2 diabetes, and provide the basis of the feasibility of surgical treatment of diabetes mellitus.
