慢性阻塞性肺病缓解期患者血清中TNF-α、IL-6和IL-8表达的研究

摘要

Objective To detect the level of the expressions of TNF-α , IL-6 and IL-8 in patients with stable COPD.Methods The study included 56 cases of stable COPD, who were just through the acute episode stage, as observation group, 35 cases of normal adults as control group.We detected the expressions of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-8 in these patients by ELISA.Results The level of expressions of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-8 were higher in COPD patients in hospital than two weeks after hospital.Comparisons of control group showed that there were significant up-regulation of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-8 in the observation group.Conclusion Although the expressions of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-8 were decreased gradually in stable COPD, those were higher than that in control group.That may promote the development of COPD, and may be one of the mechanisms of COPD.%目的 探讨慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)患者缓解期血清中TNF-α、IL-6和IL-8的表达变化.方法 选取35例正常成人血清为对照组,选取经治疗后处于缓解期的COPD患者56例为观察组,应用酶联免疫吸附实验检测出院前及出院后2周时的血清中TNF-α、IL-6和IL-8表达水平的变化.结果 出院前患者血清中TNF-α、IL-6和IL-8表达量显著高于出院2周后,COPD患者血清TNF-α、IL-6和IL-8表达量显著高于正常水平.结论 TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8在COPD患者急性期高表达,缓解期虽进行性下降,但仍高于正常水平,这可能是COPD的发病机制之一.
