目的 了解我所结核分枝杆菌分离株的耐药情况.方法 对2010年1月至2015年12月培养的385株阳性菌株进行菌种鉴定及比例法药物敏感性试验,并对6 种抗结核药物的耐药情况分析.结果 385株结核分枝杆菌复合群菌株中,总体耐药率为35.3%(136/385).耐药率由高到低依次为:SM 23.1%(89/385),INH 21.0%(81/385),RFP 16.4%(63/385),OFX 7.8%(30/385),EMB 7.0%(27/385),KM 1.6%(6/385).单耐药14.0%(54/385)>耐多药13.5%(52/385)>多耐药7.5%(29/385)>广泛耐药0.3%(1/385).结论 陕西地区结核分枝杆菌的耐药状况仍较严重,应需采取更有效的措施,减少耐药菌的传播.%Objective To investigate the status of drug resistance of Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB) in our institute.Methods The proportional method was used in bacteria identification and drug sensitivity tests of 385 strains from January 2010 to December 2015.The drug resistance of 6 kinds of anti-tuberculosis drugs was analyzed.Results The overall resistance rate to anti-tuberculosis drugs was 35.3% (136/385) in 385 strains of the MTB complex group.The sequence of resistance rate from high to low was 23.1% of SM (89/385), 21.0% of INH (81/385), 16.4% of RFP (63/385), 7.8% of OFX (30/385), 7.0% of EMB (27/385), and 1.6% of KM (6/385).MR-TB rate was 14.0% (54/385), MDR rate was 13.5% (52/385), PDR rate was 7.5% (29/385) and XDR rate was 0.3% (1/385).Conclusion The drug resistance of MTB in Shaanxi area is still serious, and more effective measures should be taken to reduce the spread of drug resistant bacteria.
