Objective To explore the correlation between the PEDF protein expression levels in plasma and pulmonary function and symptom in patients with chronic persistent asthma .Methods 30 chronic persistent asthma patients were recruited from our hospital during May 2015 to November 2016 .The control group contained 20 healthy subjects .The protein levels of PEDF in plasma were analyzed by ELISA .30 patients completed Asthma Control Test ( ACT) , and their pulmonary functions were tested .Results Compared with the control group , the PEDF protein levels were significantly increased in plasma of chronic persistent asthma patients .Pearson linear correlation analysis revealed that the PEDF protein was positively correlated with FEV 1％predicted value ( r=-0.885 , P<0.05 ) and Asthma Control Test ( r=-0.774 , P<0.05 ) .Conclusion The PEDF protein expression levels in plasma in chro-nic persistent asthma patients are significantly increased , which is negatively correlated with pulmonary function and asthma symptom .%目的 探讨支气管哮喘慢性持续期患者血浆中色素上皮衍生因子(PEDF)蛋白表达变化,以及与肺功能及哮喘控制测试(ACT)评分的相关性.方法 选取2015年1月至2016年12月期间支气管哮喘慢性持续期患者30例,并20例健康者作为正常对照组;用ELISA方法检测所有研究对象血浆中PEDF水平,并用ACT评分评估支气管哮喘患者的控制情况;用肺功能仪检测第1秒用力呼气容积/用力肺活量(FEV1/FVC),第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV1％pred).结果 与正常对照组相比,支气管哮喘慢性持续期患者血浆中PEDF水平明显增加(P<0.05),与FEV1％pred、ACT评分呈负相关(r分别为-0.885、-0.774,P值均<0.05).结论 支气管哮喘患者血浆中PEDF水平明显增加,与肺功能下降及哮喘症状加重密切相关.
