分层小组管理在ICU护理管理中的应用效果评价△

摘要

目的 探讨分层小组管理在重症监护病房护理管理中的应用效果.方法 对重症监护病房的35名护理人员实施分层小组管理,并对50例重症患者开展临床护理.比较实施分层小组管理前后的护理质量及护理满意度.结果 分层小组管理实施后基础护理、护理落实、文件书写、不良事件评分及护理满意率均较实施前显著提高(P＜0 .05或0 .01 ) .结论 在重症监护病房实施分层小组管理能有效提高护理质量与护理满意度.%Objective T o explore the application effect of hierarchical g roup man- agement in ICU nursing management .Methods 35 nursing staff in ICU were given hierarchical group management ,and 50 critically ill patients w ere given clinical care .Compare the quality of care and satisfaction of nursing before and af ter the implementation of the hierarchical group management .Results The basic nursing , nursing implementation , document w riting , adverse event score and nursing satisfaction rate w ere significantly improved af ter the implementation of the hierarchical group management (P＜0 .05 or 0 .01).Conclusion T he implementation of hierarchical group manage- ment in the intensive care unit can effectively improve the quality of care and nursing satisfaction .
