头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗重症肺炎对患者血清α1­AG CER表达的影响

摘要

目的 探讨头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠布联合地奈德雾化吸入治疗重症肺炎对患者血清铜蓝蛋白、α1酸性糖蛋白的影响.方法 将82例重症肺炎患者按随机抽签法分为两组,每组41例.两组均采取常规治疗,同时对照组给予头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠静脉滴注治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予布地奈德雾化吸入治疗.比较两组治疗效果、症状消失时间、住院时间,治疗前后血清急性蛋白水平、肺功能指标及不良反应发生率.结果 观察组总有效率为95 .12%,对照组为75 .61%,观察组显著高于对照组(P＜0 .05) .观察组气促、肺部啰音、紫绀消失时间及住院时间显著短于对照组(P＜0 .01) ;治疗后观察组第1秒用力呼气容积、第1秒用力呼气容积占用力肺活量比显著高于对照组(P＜0 .05) ,血清铜蓝蛋白、α1酸性糖蛋白、α1抗胰蛋白酶水平显著低于对照组(P＜0 .05) ;两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0 .05) .结论 头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗重症肺炎疗效确切,可有效降低急性蛋白水平,加快症状改善与病情转归,促进肺功能改善,且不增加药物不良反应.%Objective To explore the effect of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium combined with budesonide inhalation on the expression of serum α1-AG ,CER in patients with severe pneumonia .Methods 82 severe pneumonia patients were divided into two groups according to random drawing method ,41 ca- ses in each group .T he tw o groups w ere treated w ith routine treatment ,and the control group w as treated w ith cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium for injection on the basis of routine treatment .T he obser- vation group was given the treatment of budesonide inhalation on the basis of the control group .T he treat- ment effect ,disappearance time of sy mpto m ,time of hospitalization ,serum acute protein level ,pulmona- ry function index , incidence of side effect before and af ter treatment w ere co mpared betw een the tw o groups .Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95 .12%,higher than that of the control group 75 .61%( P＜0 .05).T he disappearance time of anhelation ,lung rale and cyanosis and hos- pitalization time in observation group w ere shorter than those in control group ( P＜0 .01 ).Af ter treat- ment ,the FEV1 and FEV1／FVC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group ( P＜0 .05).T he serum levels of CER ,α1-AG and α1-A T in the observation group w ere low er than those in the control group ( P＜0 .05).T here w as no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions betw een the tw o g roups ( P＞0 .05 ).Conclusion Cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium combined w ith budesonide inhalation have a significant effect in the treatment of severe pneumonia .It can effectively reduce the level of acute protein , accelerate the improve- ment of the symptoms and the prognosis of the disease , promote the improvement of lung function ,and do not increase the adverse drug reaction .
