目的：探讨心理行为干预对慢性精神分裂症患者临床疗效的影响。方法将42例慢性精神分裂症患者随机分为两组，每组21例，均予以常规抗精神病药物治疗及常规护理，研究组在此基础上联合心理行为干预，观察干预全程。于干预前后采用阴性症状量表、简明精神病量表及社会功能评定量表评定临床疗效，并统计患者家属对护理工作的满意度。结果干预前两组各量表评分比较差异无显著性（P＞0．05），干预后研究组各量表评分均显著低于对照组（P＜0．01）；研究组患者家属对护理工作的总满意率为95．2％，对照组为71．4％，研究组显著高于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论心理行为干预有助于缓解慢性精神分裂症患者的各种精神症状，改善患者的社会功能，提高患者及家属对护理工作的满意度。%Objective To explore the influences of psychological and behavioral intervention (PBI) on clin‐ical curative effect of chronic schizophrenics .Methods Forty‐two chronic schizophrenics were randomly assigned to two groups of 21 ones each ,both groups received routine antipsychotic treatment and nursing , on this basis research group was plus PBI ,whole‐course of intervention was observed .Efficacies were as‐sessed with the Scale for the Assessment of Negative Symptoms (SANS) ,Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale (BPRS) and Scale of Social Function for Psychosis Inpatients (SSPI) and relatives’ satisfactions to nursing added up .Results Before intervention there were no significant group differences in each scale score (P>0 .05) ,after intervention all scales scores were significantly lower in research than control group ( P<0 .01);total satisfaction rate to nursing was significantly higher in research than control group (95 .2% vs 71 .4% , P<0 .05) .Conclusion Psychological and behavioral intervention is conduce to the remission of various kinds of mental symptoms of chronic schizophrenics ,to the improvement of patients’ social func‐tion and to the increase of patients’ and relatives’ satisfaction to nursing .
