论外科新上岗护士职业压力及应对措施

摘要

本文分析了外科新上岗护士职业压力产生的原因，并从加强岗位培训、提高护理操作技能、定期予以心理辅导、加强法律法规知识培训等方面提出了缓解职业压力的措施，以保障外科新上岗护士的心身健康，确保医疗安全和护理质量。%In this paper the causes of occupational stresses of surgical new nurses are analyzed and measures relieving occupational stresses raised from the strengthen of on‐the‐job training , improvement of nursing manipulation skill , regular psychological counseling and the strengthen of laws and regulations knowledge training and so on in order to ensure psychosomatic health of surgical new employed nurses , medical safety and nursing quality .
