精神分裂症动物模型

摘要

精神分裂症是涉及思维、情感、认知广泛受损的重症精神疾病之一，但迄今病因未明。动物模型是研究精神分裂症神经生物学基础的一个重要临床前工具，在监测疾病进展方面，它提供了一个更加快速的平台。本文综述了目前研究精神分裂症的常用动物模型，旨在为精神分裂症实验室研究动物模型的建立提供理论指导。%Schizophrenia is one of the severe mental illness w hich involves thought ,emotion and cognition impairment ,but its cause is not yet clear .Animal model is an important preclinical tool for the study of the neurobiological basis of schizophrenia and provides a more quick plat‐form for monitoring the progression of disease .This paper summarizes the current animal models of re‐searching schizophrenia in order to provide theoretical guidance for the establishment of animal models of schizophrenia laboratory study .
