老年精神科病房意外风险因素及防范措施

摘要

Objective To explore the unexpected risk factors in senile psychiatric ward and put forward relative nursing supervision countermeasures and preven-tive measures.Methods Retrospective analyses of clinical data were carried out in 18 senile mental pa-tients who developed accident events.Results The main unexpected risk factors in senile mental patients were falling,falling down from bed,burn,aspiration,mistaken eating,chokes,asphyxia,pressure sore, self-inflicted wound and self-abandon,impulsion and attacking person,escaping,loss,overdose,missed drug,drug reaction,mixed infection and so on.Conclusion Risk preventive consciousness should be en-hanced,the ability of identification and precluding risk boosted,and prevention is first to ensure patients’ safety.%目的：探讨老年精神科病房的意外风险因素，提出相应的护理管理对策及防范措施。方法对18例老年精神病患者发生意外事件的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果老年精神病患者意外风险因素主要有跌倒、坠床、烫伤、误吸、误食、噎食、窒息、压疮、自伤自弃、冲动伤人、外逃、走失、多服药、漏服药、药物反应、交叉感染等。结论加强风险防范意识，提高鉴别和化解风险的能力，做到预防为主，保证患者的安全。
