住院双相情感障碍患者药物应用现况调查

摘要

目的 了解住院双相情感障碍患者药物应用现况,为临床规范用药提供依据. 方法 采用自制调查问卷对本院14个临床科室的双相情感障碍患者药物应用现况进行调查.结果 本组75.3%的患者应用心境稳定剂,86.0%的患者应用抗精神病药物;双相情感障碍躁狂相患者多为心境稳定剂联合抗精神病药物治疗;心境稳定剂使用频率最高的前三位依次为丙戊酸钠、丙戊酸镁及碳酸锂.结论 本院心境稳定剂使用情况符合指南要求,基本合理,双相抑郁的治疗中心境稳定剂应用相对不足.%Objective To survey present drug application situation in hospitalized patients with bipolar disorder and standardize clinical medication.Methods Drug prescriptions for patients with bipolar disorder of 14 clinical departments were investigated using self-made questionnaire.Results Mood stabilizers were main therapeutic drugs for bipolar disorder in our hospital (75.3%), then antipsychotics (86.0%), the use of mood stabilizers was main single medication, the ratio of drug combination lower, first 3 drugs of the highest use frequency were sodium valproate, magnesium valproate and lithium carbonate, and combined drug for bipolar disorder was main antipsychotic.Conclusion The usage of mood stabilizers in our hospital is up to the requirements of the guidelines, basically reasonable, and the use of mood stabilizers for bipolar depression relatively insufficient.
