Objective To survey the intervention effect of cluster nursing on patients with craniocerebral injury and restlessness.Methods Eighty-two patients with craniocerebral injury and restlessness were assigned to two groups of 41 ones each according to random number table.Both groups received routine and special nursing for craniocerebral injury, on this basis research group was plus cluster nursing, whole-course hospitalizations were observed, and satisfaction and incidences of adverse events compared between 2 groups.Results The incidence of adverse events was respectively 12.2% in research and 39.0% in control group and the former significantly lower than the latter (P<0.01);satisfaction rate was respectively 97.6% in research and 82.9% in control group and the former significantly higher than the latter (P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster nursing could notably lower the incidence of adverse events in patients with craniocerebral injury and restlessness, boost patients' satisfaction, and deserves clinical generalization and application.%目的 了解集束化护理对颅脑损伤躁动患者的干预效果. 方法 将82例颅脑损伤躁动患者按随机数字表法分为两组,每组41例.两组均予以神经外科颅脑损伤常规护理及特殊护理,研究组在此基础上联合集束化护理,观察住院全程,比较两组患者治疗满意度及不良事件发生率.结果 研究组不良事件发生率为12.2%,对照组为39.0%,研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.01);研究组治疗满意率为97.6%,对照组为82.9%,研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 对颅脑损伤躁动患者予以集束化护理能显著降低不良事件发生率,明显提高患者治疗满意度,值得临床推广应用.
