踝关节镜下治疗踝前撞击综合征的疗效

摘要

目的：探讨踝关节镜下治疗踝前撞击综合征的效果。方法采用关节镜下清理术切除治疗28例踝前撞击综合征患者(31踝)。结果28例患者均获得随访，时间6~42个月。踝关节 Kofoed 评分由术前(54．7±0．4)分提高至(87．3±0．8)分，其中优17例，良7例，及格3例，差1例，优良率为85．7%(24/28)。结论关节镜下治疗踝前撞击综合征具有诊断直观、效果确切、创伤小、出血少、术后恢复快、并发症少等优点。%Objective To evaluate the effect of ankle arthroscopic technique in the treatment of ankle joint impinge-ment syndrome( AJIS) . Methods Patients with AJIS underwent arthroscopic surgery. Results Twenty-eight pa-tients were followed up for 6 ~42 months. Ankle joint Kofoed score increased from 54. 7 ± 0. 4 preoperatively to 87. 3 ± 0. 8 postoperatively. In twenty-eight patients, 17 cases were excellent,7 cases were good, 3 fair, 1 poor, the excellent and good rate was 85. 7%(24/28). Conclusions Compared with open techniques, arthroscopic treatment of AJIS has the advantages of accurate diagnosis, effective, less trauma, less bleeding, rapid recovery, less compli-cations etc.
