FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and ortopedics, is intended for treatment of dislocation fractures of ankle joint in combination with inversion subluxation if talus. Closed reposition of fracture is carried out. Injured segment "ankle-foot" is immobilised by means of plaster bandage "boot" with further two-stage reduction of the level of injured segment immobilisation. At the first stage plaster bandage is made shorter to Lisfranc joint on internal, rear and sole surface. At the second stage plaster bandage is made shorter to ankle joint with passage to internal edge of foot to base of 1 metatarsal bone.;EFFECT: method ensures prevention of fragment dislocation, reduction of treatment terms, preservation of lateral and rotational stability in ankle joint as a result of blocking internal rotational movements of foot and its supination in treatment of dislocation fractures of ankle joint in combination with inversion subluxation of talus.;6 dwg, 1 ex
