目的 探讨Medpor种植体联合医用耳脑胶治疗眼眶爆裂性骨折的疗效.方法 回顾性分析2008年7月至2011年7月我院手术治疗的31例(31只眼)眼眶骨折患者,术前常规CT检查,并检查眼球内陷、复视及眼球运动情况,评价术后治疗效果.结果 术后26例眼球内陷患者得到明显改善,术后6个月,24例患者复视完全治愈,6例复视症状好转,所有病例无Medpor植入术后不良反应.结论 眼眶爆裂性骨折应早期即做出准确诊断,如伴明显复视与眼球内陷,应该早期手术治疗,术中应用Medpor联合医用耳脑胶植入骨折缺损处,术后早期行眼球运动训练,可取得满意疗效.%Objective To observe the clinical treatment efficacy of Medpor surgical implant combined with medicine biomaterials glue to treat orbital burst fracture. Methods Retrospectively analysis was performed in 21 patients with orbital fracture from the year of 2007-2010 by examination of CT scan, endophthalmos,diplopia and ocular movement before operation and after it. After six months we evaluated the treatment efficacy. Results Twenty-five eyes endophthalmos recovered after operations. After six month twenty-one patients had improved eye sight without diplopia,diplopia of three patients improved obviously. All patients had no adverse reaction from Medpor. The vision of these eyes elevated with different degrees. Conclusion For the patients of orbital trauma, early diagnoses is very important. If patients have endophthalmos and diplopia, plerosis operation should be performed as early as possible. The way of the operation is to use Medpor transplantation combined with medicine biomaterials glue to fracture bone. Train ocular movement immediately after the operation. The treatment is an effective clinical therapy.
