目的：观察细节问题防范关口前移式管理法在急诊科护理风险管理中的应用效果。方法我院2015年7月开始在急诊科推行细节问题防范关口前移式管理法，比较应用前（2015年1月～6月）和应用后（2015年7～12月）急诊科护理人员的风险认知水平和护理风险管理质量。结果将细节问题防范关口前移式管理法应用于急诊科护理风险管理中后，急诊科护理人员的风险认知意识和护理安全行为评分均显著高于管理前，护理缺陷发生率、护理投诉率、急救不完善率均显著低于管理前，有显著性差异（P＜0．05）。结论将细节问题防范关口前移式管理法应用于急诊科护理风险管理中，可显著提高急诊科护理人员护理风险认知水平，提高护理风险管理质量。%Objective the application effect of details sooner prevention management on care risk management in emer‐gency department .Methods Hospital implemented details prevention management on nursing risk management in the emer‐gency department from July 2015 .Compared risk cognition level of emergency department nurses and quality of risk manage‐ment before (January-June 2015) and after administration (July -December 2015) .Results After applied the details pre‐vention management on the risk management in emergency department ,safety awareness and risk perception behavior scores were significantly higher than the previous management .Nursing defect rate ,care complaints rate ,first aid imperfections were significantly lower than the previous administration ,the difference was statistically significant ,(P <0 .05) .Conclusion Applied the details prevention management in nursing risk management in emergency department can significantly increase the risk of cognitive level nursing care , improve nursing quality of risk management .
