Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of predictive nursing on the risk prevention management of severe trauma patients with emergency operation. Methods A total of 40 severe trauma patients with emergency operation were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, 20 cases in each group. The control group was given emergency routine nursing measures, while observation group was given predictive nursing measures on the basis of the control group. Therapeutic effect and satisfactory degrees of doctors and patients were compared between two groups. Results There were significant differences in total operation time and success rate of rescue between two groups (P<0.05). In the observation group, the scores of nursing quality and nursing satisfactory degree of medical staffs were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion For severe trauma patients with emergency operation, application of predictive nursing can effectively prevent the occurrence of risks and improve the quality and the success rate of rescue.
