目的 总结脑室外中枢神经细胞瘤诊治措施.方法 回顾性分析1例额叶中枢神经细胞瘤病例临床特点,神经影像学特点、手术治疗及预后.结果 因术前诊断复发胶质瘤,病变全切除,术后患者出现左侧肢体偏瘫.随访6个月及2年,肢体肌力部分恢复.结论 脑室外中枢神经细胞瘤罕见,影像及病理与胶质瘤及室管膜瘤相似,但治疗方案不同,特别是位于功能区部位中枢神经细胞瘤,相对保守的手术切除加放射治疗能给病人带来更良好的预后.%Objective To review the experiences with diagnosis and treatment of extraventricular neurocytomas( EVN) in the right frontal lobe. Methods Clinical characteristics and neuroimaging characteristics, treatment and prognosis of right frontal lobe EVN were analyzed retrospective in 1 patient. Result For preoperative diagnosis of recurrent glioma, total tumor resection was achieved, patients being with left hemiplegia postoperation. Followed up was performed 6 months to 2 year, left hemiplegia partially restored. Conclusion EVN is a rare tumor. Its imaging and pathology is similar with glioma and ependymoma, but the treatment options is different, especially those located in functional areas of central neurocytoma. A relatively conservative resection plus radiation therapy may be better for patient.
