乳腺癌改良根治术后两种负压引流方法效果对比

摘要

Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of two negative pressure drainage methods after breast cancer radical surgery. Methods Treatment group used continuous center negative pressure drainage combined with one - time negative pressure drainage device, control group use one- time negative pressure drainage device alone. Results The incidences of subcutaneous effusion and flap necrosis is obviously lower in treatment group than in the control group.Conclusion Application of continuous center negative pressure drainage can prevent subcutaneous effusion and flap necrosis efficiently in patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy.%目的 比较乳腺癌改良根治术后两种负压引流方法的治疗效果.方法 治疗组使用中心负压持续引流联合一次性负压引流器引流,对照组单纯使用一次性负压引流器引流.结果 治疗组皮下积液和皮瓣坏死发生率明显低于对照组.结论 中心负压持续吸引能有效预防乳腺癌术后皮下积液和皮瓣坏死的发生.
