云克联合丹参多酚酸盐治疗强直性脊柱炎90例临床观察

摘要

目的 探讨云克联合丹参多酚酸盐对强直性脊柱炎的治疗.方法 将90例强直性脊柱炎患者随机分为3组,每组30例.A组予丹参多酚酸盐联合云克；B组单用云克；C组单用丹参多酚酸盐,比较3组患者临床疗效.结果 治疗后A组疼痛指数、运动指数、血沉、C反应蛋白水平等指标改善最为显著.A组总有效率显著高于B组及C组,而B组亦显著高于C组.结论 云克联合丹参多酚酸盐治疗强直性脊柱炎,在改善疼痛指数、关节功能指数、血沉及C反应蛋白的疗效明显优于单独使用.%Objective To discuss the curative effect of ankylosing spondylitis (AS) treated with salvianolic acids and Yunke. Methods Ninety AS patient were divided into three groups, 30 cases each. Group A received salvianolic acids and Yunke, group B only received Yunke and group C only received salvianolic acids. The clinical effect was observed. Results The pain index, sports index, ESR and CRP in group A after treatment improved obviously than that in group B and C. The overall response rate in group A was obviously higher than that in groups B and group C, and the group B was higher than group C. Conclusion The combination therapy of Yunke and salvianolic acids for AS can improve pain index, joint function, ESR and CRP that might be better than single use.
