目的 探讨阅读疗法对长期住院女性精神病患者的影响.方法 将60例女性精神病患者随机分为实验组(n=30)和对照组(n=30),实验组在日常精神病护理常规的基础上实行阅读治疗；对照组同期仅按精神科护理常规护理.干预前后分别对两组患者用护士用住院患者观察(NOSIE)量表进行评定.结果 干预前两组NOSIE量表评分分值无显著差异(P＞0.05)；干预后实验组NOISS量表评分分值明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)；干预后实验组NOISS量表分值高于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P＜0.01).结论 阅读疗法可显著改善女性精神病患者的身心状况,减轻病痛,提高生活质量.%Objective To explore the effect of bibliotherapy on female psychotic patients with long-term hospitalization. Methods Sixty female psychiatric patients were randomly divided into experiment( n = 30)and control group( n-30). Both the two groups received conventional psychiatric nursing. In addition,the experiment group received bibliotherapy at the same term. The Nurses' Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation (NOISE) was used to assess the efficacy before and after intervention. Results There was no significantly difference between two groups before intervention (P>0.05) and the scores of the experiment group increased obviously after intervention and the difference was significance (P<0. 01). Comparing the scores of the two groups after intervention,the scores of the experiment group were higher than those of the control group and the difference was significance (P<0.01). Conclusion Bibliotherapy can significantly improve psychosomatic condition of female patients with psychosis,mend ailment and enhance the quality of life.
