血浆置换治疗格林巴利综合征不良反应的观察及护理

摘要

目的 观察血浆置换(PE)治疗格林-巴利综合征(GBS)的不良反应并探讨相关护理措施.方法 回顾性分析36例进行PE治疗的GBS患者的临床资料,观察PE治疗GBS的不良反应.结果 36例患者共进行139次PE治疗,其中10例患者出现荨麻疹,4例出现血压下降,2例出现口周麻木,1例出现血压升高,1例呼吸困难加重.结论 PE存在一定风险,护士的术前访视、心理护理、术前准备以及术中监测、观察、处理和术后护理是保证治疗成功的重要基础.%Objective To observe the adverse reactions in the treatment of Guillain Barre syndrome(GBS) patients with plasma exchange(PE) therapy and discuss the related nursing measures. Methods Clinical materials of 36 GBS patients with PE therapy were analyzed retrospectively, and the adverse reactions in the PE treatment of GBS patients were observed as well. Results 36 GBS patients underwent PE therapy with a total of 139 times, and 10 patients had urticaria, 4 patients had drop of blood pressure, 2 patients had perioral numbness, one patient had elevation of blood pressure and one patient had dyspnea. Conclusion There are some risks in PE therapy. Pre-operative visit and preparation, mental nursing, intraoperative monitoring, observation and processing as well as postoperative nursing are the important foundations to ensure the successful treatment.
