Objective To investigate the controlled effects of standard pain management on early pain control of patients after thoracotomy to provide references for the clinic. Methods Two hundred patients receiving thoracotomy in our hospital from January, 2011 to August, 2012 were randomly divided into control group (100 cases) and observation group (100 cases). Observation group was given standard pain management while control group given conventional pain management. Pain - controlled effects of 2 groups were compared and concluded. Results After standard pain management, the wound pain scores (>3 points) in observation group 24 h after surgery were all lower than that in control group. Patients with severe pain in observation group were notably less than that in control group. Conclusion The standard pain management can improve pain - controlled effects of patients after thoracotomy and is conductive to early rehabilitation after surgery.%目的 探讨疼痛规范管理对开胸术患者术后早期疼痛的控制效果.
