Objective To explore the influence of psychological behavior intervention on symptoms of anxiety and depression, blood sugar level and therapeutic effect in diabetic patients with skin infection treated by external application of fresh toad skin. Methods 50 diabetic patients with skin infection were selected, and their emotional status were assessed by the comprehensive Hospital Anxiety and Depression measurement scale (HAD). Levels of anxiety, depression and blood sugar were compared before and after the intervention, and the therapeutic effects were compared between patients with external application of fresh toad skin and patients with conventional processing as well. Results Diabetic patients with skin infection had a higher incidence rate of anxiety and depression. After implementation of psychological behavior intervention, the HAD score decreased significantly (P＜0.05), the blood sugar level also decreased significantly (P＜0.05). Healing condition of infected skin in patients with external application of fresh toad skin was better than patients with conventional processing. Conclusion Application of HAD and psychological behavior intervention in diabetic patients with skin infection can improve prognosis of diabetes combined with skin infection, so it is worthy of clinical attention.%目的 探讨心理行为干预对糖尿病皮肤感染鲜蟾皮外敷患者焦虑抑郁症状、血糖水平和治疗效果的影响.方法 选择50例糖尿病合并皮肤感染患者为研究对象,采用综合医院焦虑抑郁情绪测定量表(HAD)评定其情绪状况,比较干预前后患者的焦虑抑郁及血糖水平情况,并比较采取鲜蟾皮外敷患者和常规处理感染患者的疗效.结果 糖尿病合并皮肤感染患者有较高的焦虑抑郁发生率,实施心理行为干预后HAD评分较干预前有显著降低(P＜0.05),血糖水平也相应明显下降(P＜0.05),且鲜蟾皮外敷患者较常规处理皮肤感染患者的愈合状况更好.结论 对糖尿病合并皮肤感染患者进行HAD评估,并实施相关的心理行为干预,能改善糖尿病皮肤感染的预后,值得临床关注.
