The present invention relates to a method for assessing a psychological state of a user by analyzing psychological state data of a user obtained through a psychological state assessment kit and a server using the same. The method may comprise the following steps. (a) The server obtains first input data assessing a psychological state of a user through interaction with content, second input data on a biometric signal of the user measured through a sensor, and obtain third input data on saliva of the user obtained through a saliva analyzer. Then, (b) the server assesses or supports the user to assess the psychological state of the user with reference to the first input data, the second input data, and the third input data.
