肝胆外科手术患者的心理特征分析与持续质量改进临床护理措施的应用研究

摘要

Objective To study the psychological characteristic of the patients with hepato-biliary operation and to explore the clinical effect of continuous quality-improving nursing.Meth-ods 180 patients underwent hepatobiliary operation were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 90 patients in each group.And the psychological characteristic was ana-lyzed.At the same time,the effect of continuous quality improving nursing measures of patients in experimental group was observed.Results The SAS and SDS scores of experimental group were both significantly lower than that in the control group(P <0.05).The operation time,blood loss during operation,hospitalization time of experimental group improved significantly than that in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion The patients with hepatobiliary operation suffering from long term bothering of the disease had a series of unfavorable psychology,and the application of continuous quality improving nursing for them could enhance the curative effect.%目的：观察肝胆外科手术患者的心理特征，探讨利用持续质量改进护理措施的临床效果。方法选取开展肝胆外科手术的患者180例随机分为对照组与实验组各90例，对患者的心理特征开展分析，并给予实验组持续质量改进护理措施，观察护理干预的有效性。结果护理干预后，2组患者的 SAS 与 SDS 评分比较差异显著（P ＜0．05），提示实验组患者的心理改善情况显著好于对照组；在手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间方面，实验组均显著好于对照组（P ＜0．05）。结论肝胆外科手术患者由于疾病的长期困扰会产生诸多不良心理，在干预时应用持续质量改进临床护理措施能改善患者的心理问题，提高治疗的效果。
