目的：探讨护理程序对重症哮喘急性发作期护理质量及生存效率的影响。方法将100例重症哮喘病患者按随机数字表法均分为观察组和对照组，对照组患者接受普通的常规护理，观察组患者接受优质护理程序，分析比较2组患者各项观察指标的结果。结果观察组患者的护理总有效率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）；观察组患者的护理程序满意度显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）；治疗后，所有患者的 EFV 和 PEF 水平均有显著提高，且观察组改善情况显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论对重症哮喘急性发作期的患者实施优质护理程序的治疗可以显著提高护理质量和患者的生存效率。%Objective To analyze the impact of nursing program on critical care quality and efficiency of survival in acute exacerbation of asthma.Methods A total of 100 patients diagnosed with severe asthma were divided into observation group (50 cases)and control group (50 cases)ac-cording to a random number table method.The control group took regular routine care while obser-vation group took high-quality care procedures,the indicators were compared of the two groups. Results Overall response rate in the observation group was significantly higher (P <0.05).Sat-isfaction in the observation group was significantly higher,the difference was statistically signifi-cant (P <0.05).After treatment,EFV and PEF levels were significantly improved in all patients, but the improvement in observation group was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Quality care program can significantly improve the quality of care and survival efficiency of patients.
